The Managing Director Justin Mollard commenced his commercial property career in 2004 and has over 17 years experience in local commercial real estate agency and specialises in Retail Property Sales, Leasing and project marketing.

In this time Justin has completed some of Brisbane’s largest Queen St Mall retail leases, has participated in the project leasing of major shopping centre projects and has sold numerous CBD & Fringe freehold properties. Justin honed his skills working at Savills and Knight Frank before founding JPM Commercial. Justin is well regarded by property owners and tenants alike. He has a reputation as being approachable, sincere, energetic, and hard working. Another frequent complement attributed to Justin is that he is more than likely the most contactable agent in Brisbane, often working late or over weekends to ensure the deal is done.
